To Reserve Your New HomeWe request a non-refundable $50.00 application fee per applicant (deposited immediately) and a holding deposit of $200.00 (deposited upon approval) in order to reserve a prospective resident a new home. These two fees are to be paid in two separate checks or money orders and submitted with a completed application. Should a guarantor be necessary, there would be an additional $50.00 application fee to accompany the guarantor application. Our verification process includes employment verification, previous tenancy and credit evaluation. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding our qualification criteria. We expect processing of the application(s) to take approximately two to three business days, depending on the responsiveness from all necessary parties. We will notify you when we have completed processing your application. Please note that if your application is approved and you decide not to rent with us, your deposit is non-refundable. However, if your application is denied, your deposit will be refunded to you. CLICK HERE FOR A PRINTABLE APPLICATION Moving Into Your New HomeAfter we have informed you of approval, you will want the utilities to be placed in your name. Commonwealth Edison (1-800-334-7661) is responsible for electrical service; AT&T (1-800-244-4444) for telephone service and if you choose to have cable television, you will need to contact Comcast Cable (847-489-1086). We typically arrange to have new residents come in either the day they are moving, or the day before their move-in to sign all appropriate papers; pay the first month's rent and receive their keys and parking permit(s). Elevators are for passenger use only (no furniture moving). We ask those with guarantors to remember the guarantor(s) will also need to be present to sign the lease. *Prices subject to change |
